Board Resolution: Affordable Home Ownership after 30 years
On July 17, 2018, the Board passed a resolution clarifying affordable home ownership after 30 years. After 30 years and the payoff of the second lien to the Mueller Foundation, all restrictions are lifted. You can sell the home to anyone for any price. You will not owe the Mueller Foundation any portion of the appreciation. The home is yours to do with as you please. Please click here to obtain a copy of the 7.17.18 Board Resolution.
